Yes, we accept insurance.  Please provide us with a copy of your insurance card, front and back and date of birth via email to:  hello@drdavidjdepalma.com or bring in person at your appointment so we may verify your coverage\.

Payment is expected in person at time of service. We accept, cash, credit/debit card and personal check made out to David J. DePalma.
